If you are having Login problems please try these things first.

1. Make sure your caps lock key is off.

2. The user name is your ein number or csa (without any leading zeroes).

    2a. If you are a cash pay contact either the NYRLCA Secretary or

          the Webmaster to get your user name.

3.Your password is your lastname (all lowercase).
